Corporate (or on-site) massage
The Life Balancing Programme
Corporate massage and the Life Balancing Programme
can fit into your existing well-being policy, or can stand
alone to show your employees you really care about their well-being.
Life Balancing also works in association with
The Well Room
to create a fully comprehensive well-being strategy within
the workplace. Our goal – “to enable your
employees to be as efficient and effective as they can be.”
"Julie’s enthusiasm for the work
she does is infectious and we are delighted to include her
services as part of our corporate well-being package.
She has been part of the Well Room Associate Team for the
past 2 years.
She is currently involved in a regular assignment
with one of our key clients, where she eases the stresses
and strains for employees in a high-pressure call centre environment
by providing on-site neck and shoulder massages.
The positive impact on
staff morale and associated reduction in casual sickness absence
is what keeps this client coming back for more! "

and can be tailored around the needs of your company.

improved alertness, and is relaxing, calming and revitalising
– just what is needed to reduce work-related injuries

Life
Balancing Programme |
The Life Balancing Programme aims to give an understanding
of stress and how it affects us. Once we can identify
stress and the areas of disharmony in our lives, only
then can we make the necessary changes. With practice,
the creation of positive thoughts and the maintenance
of a healthy body will help to reduce stress and the negative
impact it can have, thus creating harmony and balance
within us. This will then have an impact in the
workplace with happier, healthier team members.
The full programme takes place over
three ninety minute sessions, however it can be tailored
to suit the individual needs of your company.
Here is an example of some of
the subjects areas:
- What is stress and what it means
to you.
- Identifying the challenges and triggers
of stress you face in your own life.
- Thinking patterns, and the impact
these have on mind and body.
- Techniques to change these patterns,
attitudes and perceptions.
- Creative visualisations and relaxation
techniques.
- Physical well-being, ie effective
breathing, good nutrition, posture, etc.
- Goal setting to achieve work/life
balance.
